Allow us to introduce you to some of the measures we have implemented and what to expect at our hotel regarding changes to amenities & services.
The reception area will be disinfected frequently and social distancing adhered to, whilst our receptionists will be wearing masks. Hand sanitizer will also be readily available in all public areas.
Our check out time has been adjusted to 11:00 and check in time to 15:00. The additional time between each check-out and check-in is necessary to ensure that each room is thoroughly disinfected between stays, and that the space is adequately ventilated.
Of course, all guest rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests. Our specially trained housekeeping staff will be thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting your room before your arrival with the use of Eco Lab products, before airing it, to ensure that you have a comfortable and care free stay.
Guests can adjust their frequency or opt-out of housekeeping by contacting the front desk.
In the case that you feel ill, Enigma Suites does have a doctor on call. We are also in contact with the local hospital of Santorini, where Covid-19 testing can be carried out if necessary.
